Make a dialogue based on the picture.
(1) A: 那 是 谁?
B: 那 是 老 师.

(2) A: 他 是 谁?
B: 他 是 干部.

This is great!
While this does not help me learn how to write characters, it does help me learn to recognize them and read them.
(Observation: Do you have any idea how many different words that shi4 is? There must be a couple of dozen different words that use the same pinyin but have different characters.)
